The purpose

I’m a realtor, and a lover of homes, organization, beauty, and efficiency.  I offer Home Consults to simply help solve problems with your home in terms of design and organization. We should all love being in our homes and if that isn’t happening for you, I can help.

Do you want to renovate a room but want to make sure you’re making good design choices for resale? Are you constantly overwhelmed with the stuff in your home and you’d really love to clean out your house and get more organized? Do you have a weird room you never know how to arrange? Do you have a pending furniture purchase you just can't make a decision on? Do you always forget things and feel like you need a new system at home? Do you really not like your home and wonder if you can afford to move to another part of Austin? Are you just curious how much you might be able to sell your home for? I can help with all of these.

 
 

The Process

The first step is to complete my Home Consult Questionnaire. You already know that you aren’t happy with an aspect of your home; the form helps you isolate exactly what the issues are. At that point, we’ll schedule a meeting in your home, that lasts between 1-3 hours. During this time, we’ll go through your house and discuss issues and solutions, until we agree on a plan to tackle them all. Within a week I’ll send you a written version of the plan, divided into necessary phases. At that time, you can hire me to do the work for you, or can do it yourself. I work in 6-hour increments, and I’ll provide estimates for the amount of time for each phase. My services include the haul-off of donations and trash.
